7.Strategy or plan to achieve ballot access in every state

Green Background

Jill Stein

We have a 50 state ballot access plan and are petitioning in every state where it is needed.

We are in the process of training and organizing over 300 volunteers who have already signed up with our campaign to specifically work with us towards gaining ballot access across the country. Where plausible, the campaign is pursuing ballot lines for the Green Party, in others a line for the candidate. We are confident that we will expand the Green Party’s ballot access over 2020.

Jasmine Sherman

Jasmine's campaign is proactively working to attain ballot access in all 50 states. These efforts includes actively pursuing nominations from multiple parties, and they have already been diligently visiting and campaigning in multiple states.

Jorge Zavala

understand that my strategy and plan involve getting the Green Party on the ballot in all states, but I'm facing challenges with ballot access and delegating/restructuring ballot committees. To overcome this, I aim to educate and inform the public through social media, unify the Green Party across states, and encourage live and virtual participation. While I've had some success, the primary weakness is the difficulty in achieving ballot access, which I believe can be addressed by promoting open debates and increasing voter awareness.

To ensure an effective and impactful presidential campaign for the Green Party, the following organizing practices should be implemented.

First, establish a strong foundation by developing a clear mission, goals, and values that resonate with voters seeking environmental stewardship and social justice.

Second, prioritize inclusion and information dissemination by creating a user-friendly website that offers comprehensive policy details and encourages citizen engagement.

Third, build a consistent progressive movement by leveraging social media platforms to amplify messaging, connect with supporters, and mobilize grassroots efforts.

Fourth, conduct informative campaigns that educate the public about the urgency of climate change and the benefits of green technologies, emphasizing their potential to create jobs and protect the environment.

Fifth, focus on achieving National ballot access for Green Party candidates in all states, enabling supporters to vote for their preferred candidate across the country.

Lastly, organize events that encourage citizen involvement and support, such as rallies, town hall meetings, and public forums, demonstrating a commitment to practicing inclusive and responsive governance. By implementing these practices, the campaign can effectively unite the commonwealth behind its cause, gather support, and bring about positive change.

In addition to these organizing practices, it is essential for the presidential Green campaign to establish alliances and partnerships with eco-friendly, safe, and humanitarian nonprofit organizations. By collaborating with these entities, we can cultivate participation, inclusion, and social growth. These partnerships provide opportunities to leverage shared resources and expertise, collectively addressing environmental and social challenges. Together, we can drive impactful change, promoting sustainability, social justice, and community development. By employing strong organizing practices, delegating tasks, focusing on targeted research, job creation, volunteer engagement, and forming alliances, the campaign can effectively address public concerns and forge a path towards a greener and more equitable future for all.
